DANTON BURROUGHS R.I.P.

Ain't It Cool News has a wonderful obit about Danton Burroughs.

I was fortunate enough to be able to work on the John Carter of Mars film project, doing art and sword choreography. It is a shame that his wish of seeing it come to the big screen did not come to pass.

WHAT IF : CIVIL WAR

Just out - Marvel has collected the various WHAT IF issues devoted to last year's Civil War stories into a single trade paperback graphic novel format. I pencilled ten pages in the Annihilation story written by David Hine.

The WHAT IF pages I worked on are also featured in the magazine ROUGH STUFF - details below. I break down the storytelling process and compositional choices that I made included with breakdown doodles accompanying the text.

ROUGH STUFF MAGAZINE 8 has an article on my art for various mediums. The link takes you to some extra artwork that didn't fit due to space. The issue of ROUGH STUFF eight is on stands now.
